Frequently Asked Questions

Simple answers to the questions we hear most often.

How much does a first visit cost?

The New Patient Exam is $210. But with the Box on the Wall, you pay what you can afford—and the first visit is included. No one is ever turned away for lack of funds.

Do you require contracts?

No. Our monthly memberships have no contracts. If you don't come in, you don't owe anything. You can switch between plans at any time.

What is the Box on the Wall?

It's an anonymous, pay-what-you-can option. There's no upper or lower limit. What you give is between you and God. The first visit is always included.

How do I book an appointment?

The easiest way is to go to https://innerhealerchiropractic.com/calendar and click "Book Visit" on the day you would like to come in. Enter your phone number. If you are new, click New Patient Registration, and fill out the form. You can add any family members you like and book for everyone at the same time. Click Next and choose the time that works best for you.

What is straight chiropractic?

We focus on detecting and correcting vertebral subluxation—tiny misalignments in the spine that interfere with your nervous system. When we remove that interference, your body is free to express life at its fullest.

Do I need insurance?

No. We don't bill insurance. We keep things simple with transparent, out-of-pocket options that fit every budget—New Patient Exam, Box on the Wall, or monthly memberships. If you still want to use your insurance, many other chiropractors in the area are available.

Can my whole family come?

Absolutely. Our Family Membership covers 3–4 people for $200/month, and each additional family member is just $25 more. Kids, grandparents, and everyone in between are welcome. Families can also utilize the Box on the Wall payment option.

Do you offer massage, physical therapy or e-stim?

No. We offer straight, non-therapeutic chiropractic care. We locate and adjust vertebral subluxation simply because they don't belong there. Besides, massage therapists and physical therapists are better at those things.

My favorite physical therapist is The Damany Center on Tilghman St. in Allentown.

Massage therapists I'd recommend are: Body Kneads and Laura Rusterholtz

How often should I come?

Once a week is an excellent choice, although some folks prefer to come every other week. Ultimately, you choose how often you can get checked, and we only adjust when we find vertebral subluxation. No judgement on how often you come. I recommend one of these two, but ultimately YOU decide.
